From Mould Design to Finished Component
VAS Solution runs a dedicated moulding plant at Plot No. 592, Sector-8, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. The unit covers 16,000 sq. ft., employs a team of 100, and has grown its occupancy by 200%.
We take a part from design and mould flow analysis through tool manufacture, trials and volume production — all under one roof, with our own tool room supporting every stage.

A plant of 12 injection moulding machines from 160 ton to 1250 ton, built around Captiva and Toshiba presses.

Design, programming and mould flow analysis run on the same platform, so a tool reaches the shop floor already validated. More than 80% of dimensions on our dies come back OK from the very first T0 sample.

Commercial Tool Room
Our tool room is the engine of the plant — T0 trials inside 35–45 days for a 250 ton die and 45–50 days for a 650 ton die.
